Bill is an experienced DUI attorney. He is a Member of the National College for DUI Defense and is listed in the DUI Attorney Aces website, an unbiased selection of the best DUI attorneys in each state. Bill brings to each case a passion for representing the rights, freedom, and property of his clients.
Bill starts each case with the objective of having it dismissed or substantially reduced. If the State does not offer a favorable resolution, he aggressively prepares his clients' cases for trial using his experience and DUI forensic experts at his disposal (See "Client Recommendations".)
Bill's professional history includes 18 years of practice in Chicago, where he started out at Continental Illinois Bank, joined a law firm on LaSalle Street and eventually formed his own firm. Bill moved his practice to downstate Illinois in 1997.
Bill is the President of the Henderson County Bar Association, a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Warren County Bar Association, the Henderson County Bar Association, the National College for DUI Defense, the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and member of the IACDL (Illinois Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers). Bill is the President of the Village of Kirkwood, Illinois, and a member of the Board of Directors of the 180 Zone, a not for profit community outreach organization whose goals include the rehabilitation of previously incarcerated individuals to productive members of society. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois School of Law.
