Meagan K. Box, Junior Partner -
Meagan handles OWI cases in the Iowa counties of Des Moines, Lee, and Scott and is also licensed to practice in Illinois.

Her professional history includes a year of working for Henderson County, Illinois as the alternate public defender. In this position, Meagan handled a wide range of criminal matters, including: DUI, battery, theft, drug charges, criminal damage to property, and arson.
Meagan is a 2006 graduate of the SIU School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Trial Team and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Starting out in 20002 as a law clerk for Bill Gullberg, Jr., and after being admitted to the Illinois bar, Meagan became the junior partner of Gullberg & Box in 2006.
William K. Gullberg, Jr., Senior Partner - Bill is an experienced DUI attorney. Bill brings to each case a passion for representing the rights, freedom, and property of his clients.
Bill starts each case with the objective of having it dismissed or substantially reduced. If the State does not offer a favorable resolution, he aggressively prepares his clients' cases for trial using his experience and DUI forensic experts at his disposal (See "Client Recommendations".)
Bill's professional history includes 18 years of practice in Chicago, where he started out at Continental Illinois Bank, joined a law firm on LaSalle Street and eventually formed his own firm. Bill moved his practice to downstate Illinois in 1997.
Bill is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Warren County Bar Association, the Henderson County Bar Association, the National College for DUI Defense, and the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois School of Law.
